The assault resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
