More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally included in this new image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various areas of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
